Boos Professional Butcher's Blocks are built in Effingham, Illinois from select American Northern Hard Rock Maple. Hard Rock Maple is easy on knives and resists nicks and gouges, preventing bacteria from penetrating the wood. The CUCR cart features a 1-3/4-inch thick Maple top cutting board with edge grain construction. Work surface measures 30 by 20-inch with a varnique finish. Two perforated stainless steel shelves provide additional storage space, and a stainless steel towel rack is a convenient addition.
